Often home and building owners would like to own or use renewable energy sources but are not in a position to invest in these systems.

Pickering Energy Solutions can help you by evaluating your capacity to incorporate and use renewable energy sources, especially photovoltaic power systems, and providing cost and investment return information. If you are interested in supporting the renewable energy movement or using power generated from renewable sources, but cannot afford the investment and do not want to finance this investment, we can attempt to finance the project and provide these systems, selling the energy back to you through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

Under these PPA agreements we would install and commission the system on your property and sell the energy to you. Over time, as the cost of other energy sources increase, your energy cost would remain discounted for the amount of power available from these renewable systems. Because renewable energy sources offset the power you would buy from the power company, the renewable energy that you would pay to Pickering Energy Solutions would be offset by the appropriate cost savings from the power company.
